You may cancel your HaloBox subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
Continued Access: You will retain full access to premium content and services until the end of your current billing cycle. There will be no disruption to your service during this time.
No Prorated Refunds: We do not issue refunds for unused time or partial billing periods. Your access will remain active until your next billing date.
How to Cancel: Cancel anytime through your HaloBox account settings or by contacting our support team at support@halobox.tv. Please follow instructions carefully to ensure successful cancellation.
Refunds may be issued in the following cases:
Accidental Billing: If you’ve been billed multiple times or due to a technical issue, contact us promptly for assistance.
Unauthorized Transactions: If someone accessed your account and made unauthorized payments, notify us within 7 days of the charge to be eligible for a refund.
Refunds will not be provided under the following conditions:
Change of Mind: Deciding not to continue using HaloBox after subscribing does not qualify for a refund.
Content Dissatisfaction: We do not issue refunds based on personal opinions or dissatisfaction with content unless the service is defective or misrepresented.
Lack of Usage: If you choose not to use the service after subscribing, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Subscription plan and payment date
A clear explanation of your refund request
Verification: Our team will review your request. Additional information may be required to confirm your eligibility.
Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and returned to the original payment method.
HaloBox reserves the right to modify or update this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of HaloBox after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
