In compliance with international data protection laws (such as the GDPR, CCPA, and others), you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data stored within our systems. Once your request is verified, we will permanently delete your data unless we are legally required to retain it.
Upon a valid deletion request, we will remove the following data from our systems:
Personal Information: Name, email address, phone number, and any personally identifiable information.
Account Details: Subscription history, payment details, account credentials, and platform usage history.
User Preferences: Any saved watchlists, preferences, or personalized content settings.
Note: Once your data is deleted, your HaloBox account will be permanently disabled. This action is irreversible.
To initiate a data deletion request:
Email Us: Send a request to support@halobox.tv with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.”
Include the Following Details:
Your full name
The email address registered with your HaloBox account
(Optional) A brief reason for the request
Identity Verification: For your protection, we may contact you to verify your identity before processing the request.
Once we have received and verified your request, the deletion process will be completed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been successfully deleted.
Some data may be retained in specific circumstances, including:
Legal Compliance: We may be required to retain certain information for legal, regulatory, or contractual obligations.
Pending Transactions: If there are ongoing issues (e.g., unresolved payments or disputes), data may be retained until resolution.
Please consider the following before requesting data deletion:
Your HaloBox account will be permanently deleted, along with any content history or preferences.
Any remaining subscription time will be forfeited, and no refunds will be issued.
Should you wish to return to HaloBox, a new account must be created.
